The Organisational Development stage goes beyond individual training programmes bringing in elements of consultation and facilitation towards true organisational development.
Once strategic goals and objectives have been established, get your project off to a fast start with a customised workshop. - Completed initial planning
An introduction to project risk management - by the end of the workshop, your team will have an outline risk management plan in-place. This will incorporate:
- Risk identification
- A working risk register
- A plan for managing key risks
Stakeholders and Communication Plans
Who has an interest in your project and how will they impact your project?
By the end of the workshop, you will have an understanding of who your stakeholders are and a plan for managing them.
Communication is the secret art of successfully managing projects. You will review communication techniques and develop a communication plan for your project.
- Good practices recognised and perpetuated
- An emotional release for the team
- Problems identified and plans initiated for corrective action
- A great learning experience for the organization
Retrospectives or project reviews are an important part of the project closure phase. They need sensitive and independent facilitation to involve the team constructively examining the project. The end product includes a report, and usually a presentation, outlining good practices established in the project, lessons to be learnt, and a set of key recommendations.
